It's a great solution for families, groups of friends and active people who will have the chance to take part in countless sports such as free-climbing, windsurf, sailing, mountain bike, trekking and also shopping and culture. The Casa Maria apartments are the perfect place to spend a holiday on Lake Garda and offer all home comforts. You can easily reach both the beach and Riva del Garda with a convenient cycling and pedestrian path which departs directly from the Residence.

There are 6 apartments and they have been thoughtfully designed to offer you a relaxing, peaceful and reserved holiday. All the apartments are on the ground floor with a private entrance, they offer a covered veranda with an outdoor relax area with sun chairs, loungers and a table to enjoy your meals outside and to soak up the nature and colours of the surrounding mountains. The apartments can accomodate between 2 and 6 people, they are carefully furnished to offer you every comfort. Situated only 400 metres from the beach, easy to reach by the cycling path and only 1.5 kilometers from the historic centre of Riva del Garda along the lakeside promenade.
